Account data (name, email, phone, province), project details you publish, messages exchanged on the platform, professional verification documents (cédula, company registration, diplomas), and technical data such as IP address, device and pages visited.

To run the marketplace: matching clients with professionals, verifying identity to prevent fraud, enabling messaging, processing subscriptions, sending service emails, and improving the product.

Professionals never see a client's email or phone number unless the client chooses to reveal them. Contact details are automatically redacted in chat messages.

We share data only with service providers needed to run Nexobro: hosting and database, payment processing, email delivery and analytics. We never sell personal data.

We keep account and project data while your account is active, and for the period required by Costa Rican tax and legal obligations afterwards.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to marketing messages, by writing to contact@nexobro.com. Deleting your account removes your profile from the platform.
