Terms of Service

Nexobro is a marketplace that connects property owners with construction professionals in Costa Rica. We verify identity and business documents where possible, but we are not a party to the contract signed between a client and a professional.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Professionals must submit truthful identity, cédula and company documents. Accounts with false information may be suspended without notice.

Harassment, fraud, misleading quotes, fake reviews and attempts to bypass the platform to defraud another user are prohibited. Reported behaviour is reviewed and may lead to suspension.

Both clients and professionals can leave reviews after working together through Nexobro. For a client to leave a review, they must first accept the professional's quote and then confirm that the work was completed. Reviews submitted outside this process may be removed.

Every review is manually verified by our team before it is published, in order to prevent abuse. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off topic or fraudulent.

Nexobro does not process payments between clients and professionals. All payment arrangements must be made directly between the parties. Always use caution when making payments outside the platform.

Nexobro is a tool to help you choose a professional. While we verify documents and moderate reviews, we cannot guarantee the outcome of every project. Always take precautions, especially when hiring professionals who have not yet received reviews.

Nexobro provides the platform as is. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, safety or legality of work performed by professionals, nor for damages arising from agreements made between users.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
