Terms of Service

Nexobro is a marketplace that connects property owners with construction professionals in Costa Rica. We verify identity and business documents where possible, but we are not a party to the contract signed between a client and a professional.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Professionals must submit truthful identity, cédula and company documents. Accounts with false information may be suspended without notice.

Harassment, fraud, misleading quotes, fake reviews and attempts to bypass the platform to defraud another user are prohibited. Reported behaviour is reviewed and may lead to suspension.

Professional subscriptions are billed through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period is not refunded unless required by law.

Reviews may only be published by clients who completed a project through Nexobro. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off topic or fraudulent.

Nexobro provides the platform as is. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, safety or legality of work performed by professionals, nor for damages arising from agreements made between users.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
